Hourly Rate: $50 Basic Design Plan As a follow-up to an in-home consultation, Turn Key Solutions can provide you with a basic design plan for a room containing specific decorating suggestions. The plan is provided in the form of a written document. It provides a summary of suggested changes, including recommendations for: -Paint color(s) and/or wall finish(es) -Alternative furniture arrangements -Additional types, styles, and/or colors of furnishings -Additional artwork and accessories, and their proper placement -Window treatments -Flooring, cabinetry, or countertop options Hourly Rate: $50 Whole House Interior Following an initial in-home consultation, enlist the talents of Turn Key Solutions to develop and execute a complete design plan for your home. We will work closely with you to ensure that every aspect of the plan satisfies your specific needs and reflects your unique style. Our constant involvement throughout the span of the project allows us to coordinate the completion of each phase, provide contractor oversight, schedule and accept deliveries, and deal directly and immediately with any delays or quality concerns that may arise, thus ensuring that the final outcome is as beautiful as it was designed to be. Hand Painted Furniture Each piece of hand-painted furniture produced by Turn Key Solutions is a one-of-a-kind. From the base coat, to the hand-painted details, to the top coat – every step of the process is specific to the project! As a result, Turn Key Solutions utilizes ‘time’ as the basis for our pricing model, in the form of a daily rate. Please note that the following rate includes painting supplies, and applies to projects with a maximum vertical reach of 10 feet. Daily Rate (over 4 hours): $350 Half-day Rate (4 hours or less): $175 Faux Finishing Starting at $2.00 per square foot, the range of finishes offered by Turn Key Solutions presents options for every budget. The price per square foot is influenced by the time required to complete the finish, the number of layers involved, the difficulty of the application technique, the accessibility of the installation site, and any necessary site preparation.
